Welcome to Random White T — a system, not just a shirt. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms below.


Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1.

Our Model: Made-to-Order

Every Random White T product is made-to-order. When you place an order, it is sent to our production partner, Printful, who prints and fulfills your item just for you. This approach helps us minimise waste and deliver a more intentional experience.

2.

Product Availability

We release limited drops — once they’re gone, they’re gone. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Refuse any order

  • Cancel an order if we believe it violates our Terms

All product visuals and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but variations in screen display may affect how colours or textures appear.

 

3.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address, size selection, and product choices before completing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Unclaimed or undeliverable packages

  • Customs duties or import fees on international orders

 

4.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

You may request a return if your item is:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned with tags and original packaging

  • Not a sale item

Returns are not free and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend using a tracked service.

We do not offer exchanges — instead, we recommend returning your item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at RandomWhiteT@flaredigitalsolutions.comwithin 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A short description

We’ll review your case and make it right where appropriate.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept secure payments via Shopify, including major credit/debit cards and digital wallets.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are produced within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Shipping times vary based on destination and will be shown at checkout.


You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or seasonal volume — these are outside our control.

Third-Party Fulfilment

We use Printful, a trusted third-party provider, for production and shipping. While we coordinate closely with them, you acknowledge that:

  • Fulfilment is handled by Printful

  • Some data (e.g. shipping info) is shared to complete your order

We are not liable for operational errors by Printful, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including brand, designs, images, and text — is the exclusive property of Random White T. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without express permission.

 

10.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Random White T shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
